Technology transfer and support of upscale from bench to pilot plant project
Over the past two years we have assisted a start-up Biologics company in a technology transfer project. We assisted in the fine- tuning of process design as well as the design of the pilot plant. We reviewed quality and manufacturing methods for two products using a new patented technology and are continuing to support them in manufacturing method design and the design of the oncoming upscaled facility.
For this project, we contributed with up to six experienced professionals with many years of experience in Quality Assurance by design, Research and Development of therapeutic proteins, Quality Control and Analytical Methods and Marketing and Business Development with relevant product experience

We have assisted a privately-owned pharmaceutical distribution company with a growth and transformation project.
New strategically positioned subsidiaries were established, new staff were identified, on-boarded and coached.
Existing commercial staff were trained, coached and motivated in performance improvement, This happened in the middle of the COVID pandemic which meant that they not only had to maintain existing business but also improve growth under exceptional circunstances.
